Did you know that your heart breathes? Your heart sees, hears, touches, tastes, scents, and feels. These inner senses are part of our human abilities.
In this workshop, we will explore the inner senses through the practice of Imagery. We'll look at the inside world and the outside world through the senses of the heart. These senses will strengthen as our awareness of them deepens.
Bring a journal and a cushion for your chair. All are welcome.
